TimeSlot #4: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
While some people have preferences between TimeSlots, each one can have its own benefits.
Here is what we recommend with TimeSlot #4:
- try to get eight hours of sleep before or after your shift, for example going to bed around 3:30 PM and waking up at 11:30 PM or going to bed at 7:00 AM and waking up at 3:00 PM - and if you find yourself getting tired throughout the day try to take a nap before or after your shift
- make sure you are aware of other's in your household who might go to sleep while you are still working - try to use headphones to help them get better sleep
- depending on when you sleep, use the time before 12:00 AM to spend time with any family or friends who have TimeSlots #2 and #3 off or use the time after 6:00 AM to spend with family or friends who have TimeSlot #1 off
