TimeSlot #3: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
While some people have preferences between TimeSlots, each one can have its own benefits.
Here is what we recommend with TimeSlot #3:
- try to get eight hours of sleep before your shift by going to bed around 2:00 AM and waking up around 10:00 AM - and if you find yourself getting tired throughout the day try to take a nap before your shift
- make sure you are aware of other's in your household who might go to sleep while you are still working - try to use headphones to help them get better sleep
- before 6:00 PM take the day spend time with any family or friends who have TimeSlots #1 and #2 off
