TimeSlot #2: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
While some people have preferences between TimeSlots, each one can have its own benefits.
Here is what we recommend with TimeSlot #2:
- try to get eight hours of sleep before your shift by going to bed around 12:00 AM and waking up at 8:00 AM - this sleep schedule will give you time to complete other tasks before your shift on the internet
- take the morning to prepare for your day and remember that you do not get extra time if you take breaks for meals, so make sure you have a big breakfast beforehand and have snacks at your work station
- after 6:00 PM take the rest of the day to catch up on any news you missed and spend time with any family or friends who have TimeSlot #3 off
