TimeSlot #1: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    











     While some people have preferences between TimeSlots, each one can have its own benefits. 
 
    Here is what we recommend with TimeSlot #1:
    
      - get a good night of sleep before your shift, to get eight hours of sleep you will likely need to go to be around 9:30 PM
 
      - wake up before 5:30 AM to prepare for your day, by doing this you will be fully awake in time to use your slot to the best of your ability - remember that if you sleep in past 6:00 AM you do not get extra time to spend on the internet
 
      - after 12:00 PM take the rest of the day to catch up on any morning news you missed and spend time with any family or friends who have TimeSlot #2 off
